PERFORMERS take a break in the sunshine wearing morph suits amid preparations for this Sunday's West End Festival parade in Glasgow.

The quartet of anonymous revellers got out their deckchairs, sunglasses and wore full-body suits as they looked forward to celebrating the event's 18th birthday in style.

More than 600 people are expected to participate in Scotland's Mardi Gras parade as part of a month-long programme of events that will run until June 30.

Festival Sunday and the Mardi Gras parade attract up to 80,000 revellers to the streets of the city's west end.
