LORD Forsyth has been appointed President of The Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland.
Michael Forsyth, Baron Forsyth of Drumlean, a financier and ex-Secretary of State for Scotland, takes up the post in July and will preside over the 175th Royal Highland Show in 2015 with Stirling the host area.
