Murray mania begins

TENNIS fans began queuing for Wimbledon tickets yesterday ahead of Andy Murray's defence of his Wimbledon title today.

Many relaxed after putting up their tents where they will sleep before trying to buy tickets this morning.Julia Anderson and her boyfriend Michael Kelman, both from Aberdeen, were among those who did not want to miss out. The Scots superstar, who opens his defence on Centre Court against Belgium's David Goffin, brushed off criticism from Virginia Wade of his appointment of Amelie Mauresmo as coach.
