Proud mother Angela Lafferty, 39, gave birth to her fourth child more than three weeks early at 12.04am yesterday, making him Scotland's first baby of the new year.
He came in to the world at Paisley's Royal Alexandra Hospital, tipping the scales at 5lb 15oz.
