Rower returns

Gold medal-winning star of London 2012, Katherine Grainger, got back behind the oars on the River Clyde in her home city of Glasgow yesterday.

The double sculls medallist was helping to launch a fundraising event for Aberlour Children's Charity with Clydesdale Amateur Rowing Club rowers Kris Hughes and Tamara Robinson, and fundraiser Sarah Nicholson. The Scot will be talking about her success at Going for Gold, a black tie dinner at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow on June 5.
