Scots toilet on list of world's best urinals

A SCOTTISH bathroom has featured in a bizarre list of "14 Urinals You Have To Pee In Before You Die".

The list created by popular website Buzzfeed features unique urinals worldwide.

A bathroom near Glasgow is the only Scottish urinal on the list - thanks to its flower- shaped urinals.

The Scottish toilet is to be found at the Braehead branch of Dobbies Garden Centre. The main wall is decorated with a scenic grass motif and blue sky, and gives visitors the choice of three coloured flowers: purple, yellow and pale pink.

Staff yesterday declined to comment on the garden centre's inclusion on the list.

A lip-shaped urinal in Brighton came first, followed by an open-mouthed hippo in Mukwe, Namibia.

Third place is a beer cask in Bells Beach, Washington , with the open mouth of a dragon in Oslo, Norway a close fourth.

Urinals from Romania, New Zealand, South Korea, India and London also made it onto the list.

Visitors to guitar-shaped facilities in Sao Paulo, Brazil, can make music while spending a penny and another musical venue in Timisoara, Romania, has urinals made out of trumpets.

In Germany a urinal featuring a mini football pitch lets visitors try to score a goal, and one Meixcan bathroom features an open-mouthed shark.
