Strachan sells his £1.25m mansion

SCOTLAND boss Gordon Strachan has pocketed a £300,000 profit after selling his mansion on England's south coast for £1.25 million a year after putting it up for sale.

The football legend bought the five-bedroomed house in the village of Warsash, Hampshire, for £950,000 in 2002 when he was Southampton manager.
