THE Sunday Herald band will make its debut at T in the Park today after five painstaking months of preparation.
The band, made up of Herald & Times staff Rachel Loxton, Catriona Stewart, Stewart Attwood, Stewart Paterson and Ken McNab, will perform a three song set on the T Break stage at 6.40pm tonight.
They have had to learn to play their instruments from scratch, while balancing work commitments and rehearsals, but are now ready to rock at Scotland's biggest festival.
Reporter Loxton, who plays the bass guitar, said: "I can't believe that the day of our big performance is here. I think there are a few nerves, but mostly we just feel excited."
