PRESENTER Holly Willoughby had a tearful farewell as she bowed out of ITV's This Morning as she heads off on leave awaiting the birth of her third child.
She promised viewers she would return as she handed over to her replacement Amanda Holden, who presented her with a bouquet to send her off.
