Top dog of politics
ERIC Joyce credited his dog's "rough and ready scampery" after his pet won the public vote for Westminster Dog of the Year.
Brodie, which belongs the Falkirk MP, won the award at the annual competition organised by the Dogs Trust and Kennel Club.
International Development Minister Alan Duncan's cockapoo, Noodle, aged 11 months, won the overall title. Mr Duncan said: " She has got all the top qualities."
