Train conductor 'racially abused'

A train conductor was allegedly racially abused after she challenged a man about a ticket irregularity.

The man was travelling between Carlisle and Edinburgh on February 20 when it is claimed he racially abused the 40-year-old woman. The man, who was with a young woman, had got on at Preston.
