A private Scottish island near Sir Paul McCartney's Scottish estate has had its asking price dropped by £100,000.
Gigalum Island, near the Isle of Gigha, is over 19 acres and includes an octagonal three-bedroom house, private beaches, a jetty and views of Gigha, Kintyre, Jura, Islay and Northern Ireland.
The island, which is being sold by Rettie, was originally listed for £550,000. However, its asking price has now been dropped to £450,000
It is just 15 miles away from the former Beatles estate on the Mull of Kintyre.
