Football match fixer is arrested

HELSINKI:

A Singaporean man convicted in 2011 for fixing football matches has been arrested in Helsinki, according to Finland's National Bureau of Investigation. Wilson Raj Perumal, 48, was held last week after an international arrest warrant was issued by Singapore authorities. Police would not say if he was under investigation for new crimes in Finland.
