Four dead after clashes in Libya

Four people have been killed and 14 wounded in clashes in the Libyan city of Benghazi and its suburbs between forces belonging to a renegade general and Islamist militants. Power went off in the port city after rockets hit the Benina electricity plant that supplies Benghazi and neighbouring towns, according to residents and the state news agency LANA.
