DAKAR: Gunmen have kidnapped seven French nationals, including three children, in Cameroon near the border with Nigeria.
French President Francois Hollande said the perpetrators came from Nigeria. It was reported the hostages were taken six miles from the border. It is the first case of foreigners being seized in the area.
