JERUSALEM: Talks on Iran's nuclear stand-off with the West will resume in Istanbul, it emerged yesterday.
While the United States and allies are set to demand an end to high-level uranium enrichment suitable for weapons development, Iran says its programme is for power generation and medical isotopes.
