TOKYO: Japan is reviewing seismological data on nuclear plants, trade minister Yukio Edano said, after reports a second plant in three months had been found to be sitting on a faultline.
The review could lead to the axing of some nuclear plants in Japan, which bans their construction above active faults, and fuel a row over nuclear power in the wake of the Fukushima disaster.
