Shiv Sena leader health declines

MUMBAI: Parts of Mumbai were shut down yesterday as supporters of Hindu nationalist leader Bal Keshav, above, Thackeray flocked into the city, alarmed by reports he was close to death after a sharp decline in his health.

A Shiv Sena party official said the 86-year-old was in a critical condition.
