SEOUL: South Korea is to pull out its remaining 170 workers from a jointly run industrial zone in North Korea, said South Korean Unification Minister Ryoo Kihl-jae said.
The move comes after Pyongyang rejected a call for formal talks to end a stand-off that led to work being suspended and is expected to add to tensions.
