DOCTORS have urged the Scottish Government to make tackling the NHS a top priority.
The British Medical Association in Scotland called for "an honest, public debate" about the pressures on health services. Dr Peter Bennie, chairman, said the population is aging and more people need complex care at a time when NHS budgets are being squeezed.
