However, there was a big increase in reservations made through the firm.
In the 15 months ended December 21, 2006, All-Hotels made an operating loss of £662,146, up from £92,414 in the year to September 30, 2005.
The value of bookings made through the company's website and other facilities increased to £11,261,159 from £5,811,595.
The bookings generated turnover of £1,118,811 in the 15-month period, compared with £695,708 in the preceding 12 months. Formerly based in Leith, All-Hotels was bought for £1.4m in shares by the listed internet travel agency Online Travel Corporation in September 2002.
In the previous year it had been valued at around £13m in a fund-raising supported by 3i, Royal Bank of Scotland and Scottish Equity Partners. This March ownership of the business passed to affiliates of two American private equity operations, Texas Pacific and Silver Lake Partners, when they bought its holding company Sabre for around $4.5bn (£2.1bn).
Sabre also owned the Travelocity booking site and the LastMinute.com website, which it bought for $1.1bn in 2005.
