A small football ground has beaten off competition from SPL giants to be named the best place in the land to get a half-time pie.
Murdoch Brothers Butchers, which makes the pies sold at Forres Mechanics' home games, scooped first place in the inaugural Scotch Pie Club Football Pie Awards.
The Forres-based firm lifted the trophy for the best football pie in Scotland.
Another firm which did well is Pars Foods, netting three gold awards for their pies made for St Mirren, Falkirk FC and Celtic.
Judging in the category was by a panel led by Fife provost Jim Leishman, a former manager of Dunfermline Athletic.
Dr James Anderson, of Forres Mechanics, said: "Our fans love to enjoy a pie at a match and we are delighted to hear that ours is the best in the land."
Ronnie Murdoch, of Murdoch Brothers, said it is a "huge honour" to be recognised.
"We take huge pride in all of our products so to receive this recognition for our Forres football pie is the highest praise as we have been judged by peers as well as fans," he said.
The category for the best pie available for supporters to buy at a Scottish football match was introduced this year by the Scotch Pie Club Awards in recognition of the importance the snacks play in fans' experience of the game.
Alan Stuart, competition founder, said: "It gives me great pleasure to be recognising the role the football pie plays in our sporting heritage in this way and I am delighted to say a great pie took the ultimate prize."
The wider Scotch Pie Club Awards is now in its 14th year. This year it attracted a record entry, with more than 100 butchers and bakers entering 500 pies, pasties, sausage rolls, bridies and savouries in the competition.
The competition ends with the naming of the maker of the best Scotch pie in the world.
The winners in all the other categories have been picked and will be revealed on January 9 at Carnegie Conference Centre in Dunfermline.
