Hearts will incur no further penalties from the Scottish Professional Football League, as long as the Tynecastle club exit administration before the start of next season.
The current campaign has been beset by a 15-point penalty and a signing embargo, with Hearts almost certain of being relegated. They are expected to begin next season without such impositions, though, with the Foundation of Hearts this week moving closer to taking control of the club.
The group are confident of steering Hearts out of their financial mire. That added to the positive news Sam Nicholson will recover from a rib injury in time for Hearts' next game a week tomorrow.
