Ann Budge could take control of Hearts next week, with the cooling off period for the purchase of UBIG's 50% shareholding in the club by Budge's BIDCO (1874) company due to end on Sunday.
The transfer of Ukio Bankas' 29.9% shareholding has been agreed already.
There have been no objections raised yet and should that remain the case then a takeover is expected to be completed early next week. That would bring the Edinburgh club out of administration.

Typically, it is not all good news at Hearts and the club have accused the Scottish Football Association of giving Rangers' under-20 side a "competitive advantage" by naming St Mirren Park as the venue for the Youth Cup final on May 13. Hearts have identified Livston's home stadium as a better option.
Gary Locke, the Hearts manager, has also been left "disappointed" by the SFA's decision to serve Jamie Hamill with a notice of complaint for barging the Ross County manager Derek Adams. The midfielder now faces a suspension.
"We've dealt with it internally and I felt that should have been the end of the matter," said Locke.
