Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has almost a full squad to choose from as the Blues look to seal qualification from Group G when they face Maccabi Tel Aviv.
Everyone who is available has travelled to Israel, which did not happen in 2001 when six players stayed at home for a UEFA Cup game with Hapoel Tel Aviv amid security fears.
Security is heightened for this trip following the Paris terror attacks, but only injured pair Thibaut Courtois and Radamel Falcao will miss the game, which will take place at Haifa's Sammy Ofer Stadium, 60 miles north of Tel Aviv, as the arena is more suitable for European fixtures.
Chelsea, who beat Norwich 1-0 on Saturday to end a three-match losing streak in the Barclays Premier League, would qualify for the last 16 if they win and Porto beat Dynamo Kiev.
Mourinho said at his pre-match press conference on Monday: "We are focused on what we have to do."
"Tomorrow is simple. If we lose, we are in trouble. If we lose we depend on other results.
"If we get a draw we can qualify in the last game, but we cannot be first.
"If we win, maybe we qualify tomorrow and we have a big chance to finish first. The result tomorrow is very important for us."
Mourinho also took the opportunity to take a veiled swipe at Graeme Le Saux.
Le Saux was one of the six players who did not travel to Tel Aviv 14 years ago.
The former England international last month criticised Mourinho's "damaging" behaviour after a series of disciplinary run-ins with the Football Association and the Dr Eva Carneiro controversy amid Chelsea's miserable start to the season.
Mourinho added: "I didn't have one single problem inside of the squad. I didn't have a Graeme Le Saux. I had everybody without fears, just wanting to come.
"I had even a player who maybe tomorrow or after tomorrow, his wife is having a baby and he's here to play, because he knows how important it is for us."
Maccabi Tel Aviv boss Slavisa Jokanovic has not given up hope of finishing third and qualifying for the Europa League.
His men would need to win both their remaining games - a tall ask considering they have lost all four fixtures so far.
Jokanovic said: "We have in front of us two games and we want six points if we have the opportunity of playing next spring in the Europa League.
"I expect we're going to find our best performance.
"We conceded 11 goals and scored only one. We need to be more solid in defence, be more competitive in midfield and be more dangerous in the last third. It's simple.
"For us it's important to try to find a way for three points."
Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
