CELTIC launched a new black and gold away kit for the 2016/17 campaign on Monday morning.

The Bhoys unveiled the strip with partners New Balance Football, with captain Scott Brown and goalkeeper Craig Gordon among the players to model their new wares.

The new top features the words 'A Club Like No Other' etched in gold into the internal hem, as well as gold trimmings around the collar and cuffs.

Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths told the club's official website: “When we’re playing away from Celtic Park we need a kit that gives us confidence, that shows we are strong, united and have spirit as a team and I think this kit does that.

"It’s been really well-received by the team and we think the fans will really like this one too.”

Richard Wright, General Manager of New Balance Football, added: "Celtic are, without doubt, one of the most successful clubs in the world.

"This new away kit looks stylish and carries the technology that will help the team to succeed on the pitch. We can’t wait to see it in action next season.”
