KILMARNOCK have agreed a fee with English League One club Charlton Athletic for striker Josh Magennis, according to reports.

The Northern Ireland international was Killie's top scorer last season with 12 goals and made three appearances for his country at Euro 2016 this summer.

BBC Scotland have reported that Charlton had three bids for the 25-year-old turned down over the weekend but have now agreed a fee for the striker.

The Rugby Park outfit will potentially receive £250,000 for Magennis, who is said to be negotiating personal terms with the English side before undergoing a medical later today.

The former Aberdeen front man played in all four of Killie's League Cup games before their early exit in the group stage, but missed out on Saturday's Premiership opening day defeat to Motherwell.

Charlton were relegated from the Championship last season after a 22nd-place finish and were beaten 2-0 by Bury last weekend in their opening game of the season.
