DUNDEE midfielder Michael Duffy admitted he was left stunned by how Harry Forrester of Rangers was not sent off in their game at Dens Park.
And even Kenny Miller revealed he had told his coaching staff to substitute the Englishman before he received a second yellow card.
Forrester was booked in the second-half of his side's 2-1 win over Dundee for a late challenge on Darren O'Dean and then was penalised for two more fouls including one on Duffy.
And the Irishman was left bemused by referee Craig Thomson's refusal to reduce Rangers to ten men.
Duffy said: “I thought Harry Forrester should have been off the park. He should have been off even before his challenge on me because he had one on Cammy Kerr.
“I thought he could have gone for Cammy’s one and he was late on me so I don’t know how he managed to stay on the pitch after that one.

“The referee didn’t say anything to me but if he’d sent him off then it would have changed the game.
“But what can you do? Sometimes it’s hard to make decisions on big days like that but he should definitely have been sent off.
“We were starting to come back into the game at that point with a few chances and they were starting to get a big sloppy. It would definitely have helped us but the decision didn’t go our way.
"His studs caught my ankle and it was undoubtedly a booking. I was running forward, hit the ball away and got caught high on the ankle. It was definitely a yellow."
And even Forrester's team-mate Miller felt the player was treading a fine line during a second-half in which Dundee were creating chances.
Miller said: "I was off the park but I told Davie Weir to get Harry off! When he loses the ball he’s quick to try and get it back but you can’t dive into tackles when you’re on a booking.
"He knew that and we got him off once he got let off after diving into a second tackle. He’ll bet better for that and realise he can’t dive in.
“There wasn’t a lot of malice in the tackles, maybe just a wee bit late. I don’t think they were worthy of a red and the first one maybe not even a booking so it might have levelled itself up."
