Fans tell Green: you can sell stadium name rights, but Ibrox must stay

Rangers fans' representatives have given chief executive Charles Green their backing to push ahead with the sale of naming rights for their stadium - as long as Ibrox remains in the title.

More than 300 supporters attended a fans forum at the Govan club last night, which was addressed by Green and Newcastle United managing director Derek Llambias.

Newcastle owner Mike Ashley has held talks with the Light Blues over purchasing the naming rights.
