Ross County have continued their recruitment campaign by adding a further two Dutchmen to their squad and offering a deal to Ben Gordon, the former Kilmarnock left-back who was released by Chelsea in January.

The 22-year-old, who was twice sent on loan to Rugby Park by the English club, is expected to sign a one-year deal today after leaving Yeovil Town. He joins AZ Alkmaar striker Kevin Luckassen and Marc Klok, an FC Utrecht midfielder in arriving at the Dingwall club, who have already enticed wingers Darren Maatsen and Melvin De Leeuw from the Netherlands this summer.

"Kevin is a strong and powerful attacker," said manager Derek Adams, who welcomes his squad back today. "Marc is 20, too, and is a competitive, ball-winning central midfielder and will add another dimension to our squad."
