Peter Houston set his sights on a big finish to the season in both league and cup after being named SPFL Championship manager of the month for the second time in succession

The Falkirk manager has picked up the prizes for December and January thanks to an extended run of form that has included ending Hearts' bid to go through their Championship campaign unbeaten as well. His Falkirk side have also beaten Alloa and picked up draws against Hibs, Queen of the South and Dumbarton in January, while his side has since claimed a place in the Scottish Cup quarter-finals.
That rivalry with Queen of the South will be particularly keen in the closing stages of the season since Falkirk are now just one place behind the Dumfries club in the race for a Championship play-off berth while the pair have been drawn to meet one another in the Scottish Cup quarter-finals.
