MOTHERWELL's reward for securing their top-flight status is an opening day Premiership fixture away to Inverness Caledonian Thistle on August 1.

Ian Baraclough's side, who thrashed Rangers 6-1 in the play-off final, will then welcome Dundee United at home on August 8 for their first home game of the campaign. Their first derby match is away to Hamilton Academical on September 19.

Martin Canning's side open up at home to Partick Thistle, then face tricky away games against Ross County and Aberdeen. Thistle's first home match is against Celtic on August 8 before travelling midweek to Inverness and then facing Kilmarnock at home.

Aberdeen, last season's runners-up, start away to United, before taking on Kilmarnock and Hamilton at home. Their first meeting with Celtic is at Pittodrie on September 12.
