PFA support Tapping after racist abuse

PFA Scotland, the Scottish player's union, have offered their full support to Jordan Tapping after the teenager was allegedly racially abused at the weekend and have also welcomed Police Scotland's decision to launch a criminal investigation.

The East Stirlingshire defender was substituted in Saturday's 4-0 defeat away to Peterhead "for his own protection" and left the field in tears after being reportedly subjected to monkey chants and name calling.
