A crowd of 1100 at Cliftonhill saw Albion Rovers presented with the League Two trophy after coming from behind to salvage a 1-1 draw with third-placed Arbroath.

Arbroath, who will face Queen's Park in the play-off semi-finals, looked to have secured the points when Bobby Linn converted Dylan Carreiro's pass in the 86th minute.

However, in stoppage time Rovers exhibited league-winning resilience to equalise through Ally Love and earn a point for Darren Young's champions.

Fourth-placed East Fife need a maximum of one point from their final game to secure a play-off spot after a convincing 3-0 victory at ten-man Berwick Rangers.

Kevin Smith netted the opener for East Fife in the 35th minute and any hopes of a Berwick riposte were diminished by the 63rd minute dismissal of the petulant Paul Currie.

Jonathan Page then doubled the visitors' lead in the 71st minute before Smith doubled his tally in the closing stages.

Three points and seven goals worse off than East Fife are Annan Athletic who remain in far-fetched play-off contention after a stunning 5-4 triumph at Elgin City.

Jamie Duff's opener for Elgin was cancelled out by Andy Mitchell before Ogen Bah Ndanjong fired Annan ahead.

Annan's Peter Weatherson and Elgin's Daryll McHardy then exchanged hat-tricks, rendering this the highest scoring match of the League Two season.

Second-placed Queen's Park continued their run of sluggish form with a 1-1 draw against East Stirling at Hampden.

Patrick Slattery fired home the opener for Queen's Park after skilful play from Ciaran McElroy but the free-scoring Kevin Nisbet's 65th minute leveller rescued a point for Shire.

Bottom side Montrose slipped to a 1-0 loss against Clyde at Links Park as they prepare for the relegation play-off.

David Marsh netted the winner for Clyde from a precise Jamie Pollock cross in the 52nd minute.
