Scotland were 2-0 winners over Cameroon at the Chris Anderson Stadium in Aberdeen yesterday.

Jo Love, the Scotland captain, sealed the win late in the game after an own goal from Ariane Bebey Beyene had given Anna Signeul's team a first-half lead.

Scotland were without Ifeome Dieke and Kim Little, who are with the British Olympic squad. The two Scots are only members of Team GB to be selected from outwith the England squad.

For Cameroon, the friendly was preparation for their own Olympic campaign, when they will face Team GB as well as Brazil and New Zealand.

Scotland's focus remains on qualifying for the play-offs for the 2013 European Championships in Sweden.

A point in Wales in the first of their final double-header, in September, will be enough to secure a play-off.
