SCOTLAND internationals Ryan Wilson, Rob Harley and Chris Fusaro have all re-signed with Glasgow Warriors on two-year deals. The three back-row forwards, each of whom has played more than 100 times for Glasgow, join team-mates such as Jonny Gray, Finn Russell, Pat MacArthur and Fraser Brown in pledging their futures to the club.

“We’ve been very successful in my time here and there is a great culture at the club,” said 25-year-old Harley, who has played 17 times for Scotland. “There is a really good work ethic and a desire from all the players to learn more and improve every day.”

All three joined the Warriors in 2010, as Fusaro, who has four caps, pointed out. “I signed the same year as Ryan and Rob and we’ve formed a tight-knit group in the back row. It’s great the club has managed to hold on to so many guys who have been here from the start.”

Wilson, at 26 the same age as Fusaro, was the only one of the trio to play in Scotland’s win over Italy in Rome last week. “This is my sixth season at the Warriors and I’ve loved my time here,” he said. “Being involved at the Rugby World Cup with Scotland was incredible and I want to continue to play at the highest level. By staying at Glasgow, I’ll have the opportunity to do that. It was a massive honour to reach 100 games earlier this season and I’m really happy to be staying on.”

Wilson, Harley and Fusaro are all now under contract until the end of the 2017-18 season. Glasgow's next game is the PRO12 match against Cardiff on Sunday, when they return to Scotstoun for the first time since December. The team for the game will be announced tomorrow.
