Finn Russell, the Glasgow Warriors stand-off, and hooker Fergus Scott have been added to the coaching staff at Glasgow University.
The team is led by head coach and erstwhile Warriors flanker Calum Forrester.
The 28-year-old - who was appointed to the role last year - has enjoyed success alongside Russell before. They were members of the Ayr side which celebrated winning a league and cup double during the 2012/2013 campaign. Forrester hopes to enjoy similar success as coaches alongside Scott.
"To learn from professionals of their calibre is a dream come true for our students," said Forrester. "The input of Finn and Fergus, players the boys will relate to, will create a unique environment."
