MILNE WINIFRED JEFFREY (née LOCHHEAD). North Berwick/Glasgow. Peacefully at the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary on 7th January 2019 in her 92nd year. Win, beloved wife of the late Jimmy and mother of John and Anne, also much loved Gaga of Keir, Chris, Nikki and Ian and mother-in-law of Sandy. A service will be held at Seafield Crematorium, on Friday 25th January at 10am, to which all friends are welcome. No flowers please.
