MARTIN Rev. Dr James (formerly of Motherwell and former Minister of High Carntyne Church) Jim passed away peacefully, on Thursday 18th April 2019, at Westerton Care Home, Bearsden. Beloved husband of his late wife, Marion. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and loving friend to many. Service of committal at Daldowie Crematorium, (West Chapel), Broomhouse, on Monday 29th April at 11.45am, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving in Motherwell South Church, 11 Gavin Street, Motherwell, ML1 2RL, at 1pm, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. For those so minded donations, in lieu of flowers, to Christian Aid. A very special thank you to all the staff at Westerton Care Home who showed such dedication in looking after Jim.
