LIVINGSTONE THOMAS COWAN, Lieutenant Colonel Royal Corps of Signals and Gurkha Signals, beloved husband of Avril, father of James, David and Neil, suddenly and peacefully at home with his family on the evening of Sunday, 3rd November 2019 aged 87 years. Will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Donations welcome to Gurkha Welfare.
