JOHNSTON - Lorna Janet Neilson (Hutton) Died peacefully at St Margaret of Scotland Hospice, on 15th March 2020, aged 89. She was born on 31st January, 1931, in Motherwell. Lorna married Graeme Johnston in 1951 (deceased 1963). They had three children: Clare (George) Earle, Neil (Mary) Johnston, and Eve (Stephen) England. She had five grandchildren (Graeme, Rose, Andrew, Joseph and Daisy) and one great-grandchild (Florence). Lorna took delight in all that life presented. She was an avid gardener, a dedicated cook and she embraced all the arts. She loved her friendships and she was so grateful for all of their support in the last year of her life. It was a good life. An event to celebrate it will be arranged in due course when we can all safely gather again.
