MACLEOD - James Edward Strang Peacefully after a long illness, at Lorn & Islands Hospital, Oban, on 29th July, 2021 in his 86th year, James Edward Strang Macleod, beloved husband of the late Sheena, dear father of Flora and Morag, much loved grandpa of Tom, Paul, Isabella, Lucy, Marcus and Rory and friend and colleague. Former lecturer of Electrical Engineering at University of Glasgow. Funeral will take place at St John's Cathedral, Oban, on Tuesday 10th August 10.30am, thereafter to Cardross Crematorium for a service at 2.15pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers should be made directly to St John's Cathedral, Oban, if desired. Please note: Test & Protect details are required if attending the funeral. If you would like to attend, please contact the family.
