SWEENEY Sheila The family of the late Sheila Sweeney, would like to thank Fr Patrick Hennessy of St Columbkille's Church, Rutherglen, who visited Sheila frequently during her last days, and Fr Tony Sweeney, both of whom concelebrated Sheila's beautiful Requiem Mass, enhanced by the music of the organist and cantors. In addition, sincere thanks to the medical and nursing staff of the practice of Dr John Canning in Rutherglen Health Centre and the nurses of the integrated care support team who visited Sheila in the evening and overnight. The medical and nursing care of Sheila in her last few days was exemplary. Special thanks to the six ladies who attended to Sheila in the last years of her life, without whose care and attention Sheila would have been unable to stay in her own home. Finally, thanks to neighbours and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy, including cards and Mass cards and to Anderson Maguire for funeral arrangements. Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
