  • What is your Fringe show about?

About realising that we become who we judge and finding the middle way to appreciate life for all its imperfections and endeavour towards our highest potential.

  • How many times/many years have you appeared at the Fringe?

Eight in total, but three full run solo shows.

  • What’s your most memorable moment from the Fringe?

Being nominated in 2010 as the first person in the history of the Fringe to be nominated from the Free Festival.

  • What’s the worst thing about the Fringe?

The trap of almost irredeemable poisonous self-indulgence out of worry and seeking external validation.

  • If you were not a performer what would you be doing?

Probably making video games and travelling.

  • How do you prepare for a performance?

I’m a student of stand up so I am always working on the fundamentals of my craft, and before I go on stage I say a little prayer of gratitude to remind myself that I am not above my craft.

Being surrounded by the greatest wealth of performing art and often interesting people who are exceptional at what they do.

  • What’s the most Scottish thing you’ve ever done?

Deep fried Mars Bar with ice-cream. Never forget the ice-cream.

  • Favourite Scottish food/drink?

See above.

  • Sum up your show in three words

Elevating your soul.
