Maclay Inns has acquired the Grahamston bar on Waterloo Street, Glasgow.

The Grahamston, named after Glasgow's forgotten underground city, marks Maclay's first venture in Glasgow city centre.

The group runs The Lee next to Strathclyde University and the Lansdowne, DRAM, Three Judges and Munro's in the west end of Glasgow and the Bank Café Bar and Clockwork Beer Co on the south side.

A £500,000 refurbishment of the venue is due to start next month and complete in August.
