FERGUSON Marine Engineering has won a prestigious award for its work on the ground-breaking HySeas III project.
Greentech Festival’s 2019 Green Awards in Berlin, the world’s largest sustainability awards, presented the Scots firm with the Innovation of the Year award for its work with hydrogen propulsion.
FME plays a leading role in the pioneering HySeas III consortium aiming to deliver the world’s first sea-going vehicle and passenger ferry which will be fuelled entirely by hydrogen. Gerry Marshall, of FME, said the team is “thrilled and immensely proud to have won”.
