EDINBURGH-BASED RTC Leadership and Coaching has been acquired by In Touch, the global coaching and development network for business professionals.
The acquisition provides In Touch with its first presence in Scotland and another base in London, and marks the next stage in the technology firm’s expansion, it said.
RTC’s 51-strong team will support the Manchester-based company’s push to enhance its coaching proposition and the move will also enable RTC to build a digital leadership offering for existing clients.

Ros Taylor, chief executive of RTC, said: “Cultural synergy was important for us, so we’re delighted that In Touch’s focus and dedication to providing high-quality executive education to business professionals aligns so well with our company values.”
Matthew Roberts, chief executive of In Touch, said: “We’ve got some incredibly bold ambitions for growth, and part of this is to grow an acclaimed, globally recognised executive education, coaching and mentoring offer.”
