THE Cruden Group, which has delivered an average of 1,200 new build homes a year in Scotland over the last four years, has set targets to further expand its activities and boost housing delivery by 25 per cent over the coming year.

The group reported has enjoyed its20th consecutive year of profitable trading with £5.4 million profit before tax and turnover of over £190m.

For the year ahead, the group expects this turnover to increase to £240m.

Notable landmark developments the group is currently working on include the first residential development of 66 new homes at the £35m Waverley Square development in Edinburgh, above, and 224 units on the former St Stephen’s School campus in Port Glasgow for River Clyde Homes in a project worth £33m as part of the continuing investment in Inverclyde.
