PENTLAND has joined forces with Lexington Responsible Business to help developers enhance and communicate the social and environmental benefits their schemes will bring to the local community.
Edinburgh planning communications consultancy Pentland and Lexington will “go beyond the usual economic impact assessments to incorporate the wider social value generated”. Barrie Cunning, of Pentland, said: “Development is more than just bricks and mortar and our clients understand the importance of creating sustainable communities that will benefit all local stakeholders.”
