BELHAVEN owner Greene King has revealed how it plans to reopen its pubs safely when lockdown easing measures allow.

The company, which has 125 pubs in Scotland, 95 trading as Belhaven, will be guided by five Pub Safe promises, centred on hygiene and safety “while maintaining the atmosphere of the Great British pub”.

Boss Nick Mackenzie said: “The safety of our customers and team members is always our number one priority and against the backdrop of a slow recovery from Covid-19, we are investing to put in place all the necessary arrangements.”
